What to Expect: Similair to Crossfit, the H.I.T.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) class is a higher intensity fitness class that is designed to challenge you physically and mentally. This class combines full body exercises with short bouts of This HITT class is limited to 8-10 participants in order to ensure that the is able to give you the best instruction. cardiovascular work. This program utilizes kettlebells, jump ropes, and your own body weight to work towards challenging your body! The HITT class will take you to a new level in all areas of your fitness. You will get stronger, improve your stamina and lose body weight.The workouts are short in duration but high in intensity. For those of you ready to take your fitness to a whole new level, HITT training is for you!
Cost: $140 for 8 sessions(per month), $99 if you sign up with a friend.
