What is Pilates?
Pilates is a fitness class that increases the strength of your abdominals and back , lengthens your muscles, and improves your flexibility. Pilates works on the muscles surrounding and supporting the spine, as the spine is the basis for the vitality of your body.
This class is for all levels of fitness. Pilates is taught by Julie and is offered at the following days/times:
Where: Averitt Arts Center
When: TBA Thursdays 7-8am
Cost: $60 a month
(4 sessions per month, once a week)
